(1) Non-governmental organizations, consumer committees, cooperative organizations and other social and community organizations should work in coordination with the local level. But when an international non-governmental organization works in coordination with the local level, it must take the prior approval of the Nepalese government for such work.
(2) When coordinating with the local level according to sub-section (1), the following should be done:-
(a) To conduct any study, survey or program based on the agreement with the local level,
(B) To include their annual plan, program and budget in the annual plan, program and budget of the local level (c) To adopt the joint monitoring and progress reporting system designated by the local level.
(3) If any organization acts contrary to this section, the local level may prohibit the implementation of such action.
(4) Other arrangements related to coordination shall be in accordance with local laws.
